The short version

The refinance calculator does not transmit your balance, rates, or terms to an application server. Those figures are processed in your browser. RefiBreak is a static website.

Information we do not collect in the tool

• Loan balances, interest rates, and terms you type into the calculator
• Names, Social Security numbers, or credit data — we never ask
• Accounts or passwords — there is no login

Information the host may collect

This site is designed for Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosts and CDNs, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, user agent, request path, and approximate location for security, caching, and reliability. See Cloudflare’s published privacy documentation for the current list.

Advertising

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can review Google’s advertising privacy materials and opt-out tools. Ad slots on this project are labeled “Advertisement.”

Cookies

The calculator itself does not set cookies. The host, analytics you later add, or AdSense may set cookies. This policy should be updated if you add a third-party analytics product.

Contact form

The contact page opens your own email client or lists an address. If you write in, you choose what to send. Email is not encrypted end-to-end unless your provider supplies that.

Children

The site is intended for adults considering a US residential mortgage. It is not directed at children under 13.
